RustSign

REFORGED

is a rebuilt, performance-focused signing storefront created after the original site became too heavy, inconsistent, and difficult to maintain. The new version modernizes an outdated HTML build into a lightweight Vite architecture — cleaner, faster, and structured the way a real system should behave.

What Broke — and What Got Reforged

An unstable HTML stack became the foundation for a stable, modern Vite system.

The original HTML stack worked until it didn’t: pages lagged, layouts fought back, and every update felt like patching a wall that was already falling apart.

Starting over became the only option.

I rebuilt the entire system in Vite — cleaning the routing, reorganizing content, removing legacy weight, and replacing brittle components with something that could actually scale. The final build dropped from 132 MB → 32 MB, loaded faster, and behaved predictably for the first time.

RustSign Reforged isn’t just a facelift.

It’s a reminder that the real work lives underneath: architecture choices, performance discipline, and building something stable enough that the team can finally stop fighting it.
